SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer RM 8 flat rate shipping by using DHL eCommerce courier to West Malaysia. Your parcel will take 1-4 working days to arrive.
We offer Rm 14 flat rate shipping by using DHL eCommerce/ Poslaju courier to East Malaysia. Your Parcel will take 2-14 working days to arrive.
We offer worldwide shipping by using FedEx International Priority and Pos Malaysia only.
The postage is calculated based on the weight of the package
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shinjodu is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Orders delivered to India will be handled by Pos Malaysia.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns/refunds/cancellation after the order was completed. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
