SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery

  1. We offer RM 8 flat rate shipping by using DHL eCommerce courier to West MalaysiaYour parcel will take 1-4 working days to arrive.

  2. We offer Rm 14 flat rate shipping by using DHL eCommerce/ Poslaju courier to East Malaysia. Your Parcel will take 2-14 working days to arrive.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping by using FedEx International Priority and Pos Malaysia only.

  • The postage is calculated based on the weight of the package

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shinjodu is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  • Orders delivered to India will be handled by Pos Malaysia.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns/refunds/cancellation after the order was completed. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shinjodu.stationeries@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
