  • How can I place my order?

  • The items in your store are ready stock?
    Yes. They are ready stock.
  • How can I make my payment?
    -For Malaysian, please choose manual payment while you are checking out. So that you could make your payment via online bank transfer/ bank deposit. Please use the name you used to place the order & your ORDER ID as your payment reference (Example: Jane Tan_10001). You could show us the receipt via Instagram@shinjodu. -For Malaysian who resolutely chose Paypal as payment method also responsible to pay the Paypal service charge (6%) -For international shoppers, you could make your payment via Paypal only. Meanwhile, you are responsible to pay the 6% Paypal service charge (which show as GST under your shipping cost while you are checking out). Kindly please make your payment within 24 hours for reservations. Your order will be abandon if we don't receive payment within 24 hours from you.
  • Do you take international orders?
    Yes we do! All the parcels will be ship from Malaysia with a tracking number provided. The shipping fees will be calculated based on the parcel weight.
  • How can I check the shipping rates?
  • The postage is expensive! Is there any other way to lower it down?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to lower the postage now cause the shipping rates are provided by third-party shipping companies. Below is the reason that the postage is expensive. Pros of FedEx Priority: The parcels were carried by air freight. So they provide a superfast parcel delivery service. (Our customers are able to receive their parcel within a week, sometimes it takes only 4 days to get to their place. ) All of the parcels was provided with a tracking number. Provide notifications on the parcel status via emails or SMS. Provide a detailed parcel status on their tracking system. At the same time, we will lower the postage if the third-party shipping companies decrease the postage in the future :)
  • When my parcel will be ship?
    Once you paid for your order, your parcel will be ship within 1-3 business day (Malaysia hours).
  • When will I receive my parcels?
    All the parcels will be ship out in 1-3 working days. Estimated Local Delivery Time -For West Malaysia, the parcel will arrived within 2-5 working days. -For East Malaysia, the parcel will be arrived within 7- 14 working days. Estimated International Delivery Time -International parcels might take 2-14 working days of working days to arrive. All lead times shows above are estimated by third party shipping company. Shinjodu will not be responsible for any delays.
  • What should I do if I need my parcel urgently?
    Kindly please contact us on Instagram @shinjodu or via email. We will reach you as soon as possible.
  • My order still hasn't arrive :(
    Kindly contact your local post office or relevant authority by telling them your tracking number. They will have more information regarding on your parcel and you will be clear about your parcel status. Also, you can contact us through Instagram or email. We will assist you as much as we can.
